We aim to provide a high quality service to our clients and to ensure that you are fully satisfied with all aspects of our service.
Should that not be the case for any reason please raise the issue in the first instance with the partner who is responsible for our relationship with you. This applies, for example, if you are unhappy about one of our bills or the advice we have given you.
Should you prefer to raise your issue with another partner please contact our Head of Risk and Compliance, Bill Richards.
We have a written complaints handling policy and a copy is available on request.
If your complaint is related to our charges you also have the right to apply to the Court for a detailed assessment of them under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974. Please note that strict time limits apply should you wish such an assessment to be made.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you may be able to take it to the Legal Ombudsman who can be contacted as follows:-
