Lawrence Graham advises on Dolphin Capital Investors $40m convertible bond issue
The Investment Funds team at Lawrence Graham LLP ("LG"), the international business law firm, has advised existing client Dolphin Capital Investors Limited ("Dolphin") on the issue of US$40 million of convertible bonds which have been admitted to trading on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The bonds have a five-year term with a 7% coupon per annum and, in due course, can be converted into Dolphin shares at US$0.7998 per share or exchanged for villas at Dolphin's Aman golf resort development at Playa Grande in the Dominican Republic.
The LG team advising Dolphin included Corporate partner John Reed and Corporate associates Kris Rogers and Michelle Davis.

The placement agent to Dolphin was Deutsche Bank Securities which was advised by Linklaters LLP.
