Expertise

Hugh is Lawrence Graham's managing partner, effective 1 February 2008. He is responsible for the firm's overall management strategy and day to day operations, working closely with Senior Partner Andrew Witts. Hugh was formerly head of business and finance and his legal expertise is in corporate finance (flotations and secondary issues), takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, private equity, venture and development capital (including investment agreements and joint ventures).
