For over 20 years, Jane has been advising on a full range of contentious or potentially contentious property matters for landlords, tenants, developers, lenders, network and telecoms operators and insolvency practitioners, often at a tactical and strategic level.  Examples include rent review advice, substantial dilapidations claims, removal of restrictive covenants through the Lands Tribunal, property fraud, overage and valuation disputes, tenant insolvency issues, strategic advice on lease renewals and opposing renewal to clear sites for development;

Recent work includes
