- Acting for Terra Investments Limited on its mandatory cash offer for Rugby Estates Investment Trust PLC.
- Dolphin Capital Investors Limited on its admission to AIM which raised £70 million and a subsequent secondary issues (in December 2006 and June 2007) which raised £525 million and created the largest property investment vehicle on AIM;
- Vinaland Limited on its admission to AIM which raised £117 million and subsequent secondary issue that raised £125 million;
- Fibernet Group PLC in connection with the recommended takeover offer made by Global Crossing that valued Fibernet at approximately £70 million;
- Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund Limited on its admission to AIM that raised $275 million;
- Japan Residential Investment Company Limited on its admission to AIM which raised £100 million;
- Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited on its admission to AIM which raised £103 million;
- Advance Frontier Markets Fund Limited on its admission to AIM that raised £42 million;
- Africa Opportunity Fund Limited on its admission to AIM that raised £61 million;
- Pacific Alliance China Fund Limited on its admission to AIM that raised £197 million; and
- Terra Catalyst Fund on its admission to AIM that raised £116 million.
