We are specialists in structuring real estate investment and financing for lenders, investors and developers across all major jurisdictions, handling transactions of increasing sophistication and complexity.
Our clients include UK financial institutions, conduit lenders and overseas banks (particularly German Banks), servicers and special servicers, as well as some of the UK’s and Europe's largest real estate developers, investors, asset managers and funds. We focus mainly on offices, shopping centres, distribution centres, industrial, hotels and care homes involving investment facilities for single asset or portfolio acquisitions, or development facilities.
