International arbitration

As the world's economy has become more global and cross border disputes common, parties are increasingly unwilling to become embroiled in litigation with one party over another having a home field advantage.

This has led to an increase in arbitrations in venues such as London, which is seen as neutral and experienced in handling large commercial disputes.

We are commonly involved in International Chamber of Commerce, London Court of International Arbitration and London Maritime Association. Our team is also experienced in handling heavy multinational arbitration either where the law of the agreement is English or the procedural law of the arbitration is English.
